CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations will need to be made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled services. Your appointment is reserved especially for you, if cancellations occur frequently, I reserve the right to refuse future appointments. No call no show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled services and I reserve the right to refuse any future appointments. If you are running late, please call asap and we will discuss any changes that may need to be made to stay on time during your reserved appointment. Late arrivals of 15 minutes or more will result in a no call no show.
